  • Pro simulování pohybu podvozku servisního robotu v terénu se na našem pracovišti používá simulační systém MSC.ADAMS. Do prostředí MSC.ADAMS byl importován model podvozku servisního robotu, který byl vytvořen v CAD systému Pro/ENGINEER. Byl vytvořen virtuální model podvozku a zjednodušeného profilu terénu, který má podvozek překonat. Dynamickou analýzou této úlohy s využitím kontaktu těles byly stanoveny potřebné rychlostní a momentové charakteristiky pohonů povozku. Výsledky analýz byly ověřeny jednoduchým návrhovým výpočtem pro návrh pohonů. (cs)
  • On our department, MSC.ADAMS system is used for simulations of service robot movement in terrain. Model of a service robot undercarriage created in CAD system Pro/ENGINEER is imported into the MSC.ADAMS environment. A virtual model of the carriage and a simplified model of the terrain which the robot is to get over are made. By a dynamic analysis of this task with application of bodies contact, the necessary velocity and torque characteristics of undercarriage drives are deter-mined. Results of the analyses are verified by a simple drive calculation.
