- Pro snímání napětí sypké hmoty byl navržen a zkonstruován 3D snímač. Změna napětí (tlaku), resp. jeho přírůstek je právě indikátorem vzniku poruch. Dřívější konstrukce snímačů vycházely z předpokladu přenášení tlaků a pulsací do stěn zásobníku a z tohoto důvodu se umísťovaly přímo na stěny zásobníku (sila). Bohužel, často tato měření neodpovídala skutečnosti a neodrážela skutečný stav vlivem špatného přenosu signálu od zdroje problematického materiálu. Zmiňovaný navržený 3D snímač včetně metodiky identifikace tlaků řeší tyto problémy v celé jeho šíři a navíc dokáže zaregistrovat veškeré okamžité jevy vyskytující se uvnitř, přímo v kontaktním místě sypké hmoty (cs)
