  • The measurement process of a bulk material stress using new 3D developed indicator, including the procedure for processing values within the interactive software environment that was created, and has been thoroughly explained in the paper and researched in an actual silo loaded with a poured bulk solid. Real results and outputs of the investigation have been presented and discovered in the paper. In the past fatal injuries would often happen when the system operator, who was trying to ensure the flow of material from the storage system by use of mechanical means, would be buried during the fill.   • Pro snímání napětí sypké hmoty byl navržen a zkonstruován 3D snímač. Změna napětí (tlaku), resp. jeho přírůstek je právě indikátorem vzniku poruch. Dřívější konstrukce snímačů vycházely z předpokladu přenášení tlaků a pulsací do stěn zásobníku a z tohoto důvodu se umísťovaly přímo na stěny zásobníku (sila). Bohužel, často tato měření neodpovídala skutečnosti a neodrážela skutečný stav vlivem špatného přenosu signálu od zdroje problematického materiálu. Zmiňovaný navržený 3D snímač včetně metodiky identifikace tlaků řeší tyto problémy v celé jeho šíři a navíc dokáže zaregistrovat veškeré okamžité jevy vyskytující se uvnitř, přímo v kontaktním místě sypké hmoty (cs)
