Description
| - This article deals with natural occuring radionuclides (226Ra, 228Ra, 228Th, 40K) and cesium in various matrixes containing organic matter such as sewage sludges, river sediments, soils. Gamma spectrometry was applied for the study of radioactivity in sewage sludges in the industrial region of Ostrava-Karvina and Frydek-Mistek (for this study nine Wastewater and Sewage Treatment Plants were chosen, henceforth referred to as WSTP´s), for the study of radioactivity in soils from the city of Ostrava and for the study of radioactivity of river sediments in the area of Karvina, which is influenced by mining activity and discharge of mining waters into rivers. Measurements were performed by multichannel analyzer Canberra DSA-1000 with 8100 channels together with semiconductor detector HPGe, which has declared effectivity of 30 % and resolution of 1,6 keV at the line of 1332 keV for isotope 60Co. - Tento článek se zabývá přírodními radionuklidy (226Ra, 228Ra, 228Th, 40K) a cesiem v rozlišných matricích obsahujících organickou hmotu jako jsou čistírenské kaly, říční sedimenty, půdy. Pro účely studia radioaktivity v čistírenských kalech v oblasti Ostravsko-Karvinska a Frýdecko-Místecka (bylo vybráno devět čistíren odpadních vod, dále označeno ČOV), pro studium radioaktivity v půdách města Ostravy a pro studium radioaktivity řečištních sedimentů na Karvinsku, které je ovlivněno hornickou činností a vypouštěním důlních vod do vodotečí, byla zvolena gama spektrometrie. Měření byla provedena mnohokanálovým analyzátorem Canberra DSA-1000 s 8100 kanály, polovodičovým HPGe detektorem s deklarovanou účinností 30 % a energetickým rozlišením 1,6 keV na linii 1332 keV 60Co. Pro vyhodnocení naměřených linií byl použit software Genie 2000. Ve všech vzorcích čistírenských kalů, řečištních sedimentů, půd byly stanoveny koncentrace těžkých kovů RTG-fluorescenční spektrometrií pro stanovení korelačních závislostí (cs)
