Description	This document refers to probabilistic simulation-based structural reliability assessment methods and their application in designer's work. Special attention is given to the %22rules of the game%22 of the assessment procedure in the stability domain, and to the analysis of the load effect combinations based on the APT approach (Arbitrary Point in Time) and/or on the MLE (Maximum Load Effects) approach.
