  • Kalogeneze, somatická embryogeneze a schopnost regenerace byla studována u dvaceti tří agronomicky významných kultivarů jarního ječmene (Hordeum vulgare L.) na indukčních médiích s 2,4-dichlorophenoxyoctovou kyselinou (2,4-D) nebo 3,6-dichloro-o-anýzovou kyselinou (dicamba) a na upraveném regeneračním médiu. Četnost zygotických embryí představených kalogenezí se pohybovala od 88 do 100 % podle genotypu. Dicamba byla vhodnější pro indukci somatické embryogeneze a vykazovala vyšší četnost regenerantů než 2,4-D. Zelené regeneranty byly odvozeny u všech kultivarů, albikátní rostliny se nevyskytovaly. S výjimkou cv. Viktor všechny kultivary použité v experimentu vykazovaly nižší frekvenci regenerace rostlin než modelový kultivar Golden Promise. (cs)

The frequency of zygotic embryos exhibiting callogenesis varied from 88 to 100 % according to genotype. Dicamba was more suitable for somatic embryogenesis induction and exhibited a higher frequency of regenerants than did 2,4-D. Green regenerants were obtained in all cultivars, and there were no albino plants. Except for cv. Victor all cultivars used in the experiment showed lower regeneration capacity as compared to the model cv. Golden Promise.
