We used a method based on high order Gaussian quadrature combined with 2D B-splines of the integrands in the space to cope with a very large number of 2D infinite integrals in the k-space for coupling elements. At the same time, we adopted an efficient procedure to handle accurately eigenmodes exited by the LH grill in the so-called inaccessible -region. .
