  • Zařízení CAPEX-U bylo vyvinuto jako XUV zdroj, který je založený na kapilárním výboji. Naši hlavní motivaci pro sestavení tohoto zařízení bylo vytvoření XUV zdroje s ASE emisi na kratších vlnových délkách (pod 20 nm), které mají více praktických aplikací. Byly získány předběžné výsledky sestavené aparatury, zejména průběh kapilárního proudu a napětí na impulsní formovací lince. Srovnání experimentálních výsledků a výpočtu je rovněž uvedeno. (cs)
  • The CAPEX-U (CAPillary EXperiment -Upgrade) apparatus has been developed as an XUV source based on highcurrent capillary discharge. Our main motivation for building such a new device was to create the XUV source with amplification of spontaneous emission at shorter wavelengths (below 20 nm), which have more practical applications. The preliminary experimental results of the assembled apparatus were obtained, especially the capillary current signal, and the time development of the pulse-forming-line voltage. The comparison of these experimental results with calculated/predicted values is reported in this paper as well.
