  • Jedním z problémů, které je třeba brát v úvahu při technické realizaci impulzního silnoproudého kapilárního výboje je životnost použité kapiláry. Zde předkládáme výsledky studia vnitřního povrchu korundové kapiláry po několika stech výstřelů v aparatuře CAPEX. Ukázalo se, že životnost kapiláry je limitována členitou sklovitou vrstvou, utvářející se na jejím vnitřním povrchu. Tato vrstva je zřejmě vytvořena nataveným materiálem kapiláry a má velmi pozoruhodnou strukturu. Jeji motivy a hloubka se mění se vzdáleností od konce kapiláry. Vedle detailních mikrofotografií prezentujeme také pracovní hypotézy, navrhující vysvětlení vzniku této vrstvy. (cs)
  • One of the problems that have to be taken into account during the technical realization of the pulse high-current capillary discharge is the life-time of the applied capillary. We are presenting here results of our investigation of alumina-capillary inner-surface after several hundred shots in the CAPEX device. It was found that capillary life-time is limited by a rugged glassy layer forming on its inner-surface. The layer seems to be formed by partially melted material of the capillary and has a very remarkable structure. Its motifs and depths change with the distance from the capillary-end. Besides detailed microphotographs we are presenting our working hypotheses that suggest explanation of layer formation.
