  • The work presents the design and synthesis of a dendron construct that can carry finbronectin-derived peptide sequences, such as RGDS and PHSRN peptide motifs of the 10th type III repeat of fibronectin and to present them in an optimum distance and orientation for effective synergic binding to the alpha5beta1 cell integrin.
