Description	Byly připraveny EDMA/MA monolitické stacionární fáze pro chromatografii, fungující na principu vtištěných polymerů. Byly vyřešeny počáteční problémy při polymerizaci uvnitř skleněných kolon jako je adheze polymeru ke stěně kolony nebo proces plnění kolon polymerizační směsí. Výsledky testování kolon a studia jejich morfologie ukázaly že je možné připravit monolitické kolony stejného chemického složení ale s rozdílnou morfologii a následným chováním v chromatografickém procesu. (cs) The primary problems with preparation of EDMA/MA molecularly imprinted monoliths inside the glass columns were successfully solved. After the modification of the column inner wall and optimization of filling process, the monolithic columns were successfully prepared and tested in the chromatographic process. The results showed that it is possible to obtain monoliths with the same chemistry, even with the same composition of the polymerization mixture, but with considerably different morphologies. The primary problems with preparation of EDMA/MA molecularly imprinted monoliths inside the glass columns were successfully solved.
