Description
  • More than 25 PP/PS/SEP polymer blends, where PP = isotactic polypropylene, PS = atactic polystyrene and SEP =poly(styrene-block-ethylene-co-propylene), were prepared. PP/PS viscosity ratio strongly influenced not only overal morphology of the blends, but also inner morphology of the SEP compatibilizer, which exhibited as many as five different structures. An interesting %22by product%22 of this work was the discovery of a new type of polymer morphology, called %22morel structure%22.

  • Bylo připraveno více než 25 různých polymerních směsí PP/PS/SEP, tj. isotaktický polypropylen / ataktický polystyren /poly(styren-b-ethylen-co-propylen), s různými poměry viskozit dvou základních složek, PP/PS. Poměr viskozit měl silný vliv nejen na morfologii směsí, ale i na vnitřní strukturu minoritní složky, blokového kopolymeru SEP, u něhož bylo nalezeno celkem pět různých typů morfologie. Zajímavým vedlejším produktem práce bylo nalezení zcela nového typu morfologie polymerních směsí, který byl nazván smržová struktura (morel structure). (cs)
