  • Biosensors based on the evanescent light wave can detect in real-time the binding of analytes to specific bioreceptors immobilised on the surface of an optical transducer. Various methods for antibody attachment to gold surface of SPR sensors or metal and silicone oxide surfaces of waveguide based sensors are discussed in relation to the number of immobilized antibodies, preservation of the antigen binding site activity, accessibility of the binding sites for the analytes, and sensor resistance against the adsorption of nonspecific compounds from tested biological media. Possible immunosensor applications are compared with the contemporary immunosorbent assays.

  • Biosenzory založené na evanescentní světelné vlně detekují v reálném čase záchyt hledaných látek na specifických bioreceptorech imobilizovaných na povrchu optického čidla. Různé metody pro navazování protilátek na zlatý povrch SPR senzorů nebo na povrch vlnovodných senzorů tvořený kysličníky kovů a křemíku jsou diskutovány s ohledem na množství imobilizovaných protilátek, zachování aktivity jejich vazebných míst, přístupnost vazebných míst pro hledanou látku a schopnost senzoru zabraňovat adsorpci nespecifických látek z testovaného biologického prostředí. Možné aplikace imunosenzorů jsou porovnávány se současnou analýzou pomocí imunosorbentů. (cs)
