| - Článek se zabývá novým typem hydrogelu: vytvořeného ze dvou penetrujících vzájemně sítí, z nichž jedna síť obsahuje štěpitelné azo vazby. Bylo zkoumán vliv kompozice hydrogelu na stupeň nabotnání, na modul pružnosti v tlaku a na rychlost degradace hydrogelu. Modelování struktury bylo založeno na statistické větvicí teorii. Vhodnost použití hydrogelů v lécích s řízeným uvolňováním účinné látky byla prokázána. (cs)
- The article deals with hydrogels prepared from two interpenetrating networks. One network conained hydrolyzable groups. The composition of hydrogels was manipulated to determine the influence of hydrogel composition on the equilibrium degree of swelling, modulus of elasticity in compression, and on the rate of degradation of hydrolyzable network. Modeling of network structure was accomplished using the statistical branching theory. The suitability of IPN as carriers for oral drug delivery was indicated.
