Description	As40S60 amorphous films were prepared by a pulsed laser deposition technique. A silver film was deposited on top of the As40S60 by vacuum thermal evaporation. Films with known silver concentrations were prepared by step-by-step optically - and thermally - induced diffusion and dissolution. The kinetics of the optically - and thermally- induced diffusion and dissolution of silver in these films was measured by optically monitoring the change in thickness of the undoped chalcogenide during broadband illumination. (en) As40S60 amorfní vrstvy byly připraveny pulzní laserovou depozicí. Na ně byly vakuově napařeny vrstvy stříbra. Vrstvy s definovaným obsahem stříbra byly připraveny opticky a tepelně indukovanou difuzí a rozpouštění metodou step-by-step. Kinetika byla ověřena pomocí změn tloušťky vrstev. (cs)
