  • Koordinace dendrimerů založených na POSS byla silně ovlivněna typem kovového iontu. Koordinace tvrdých %22Lewisovských iontů%22, provázená vysrážením komplexu kov-CSE-POSS, omezovala dosažitelnost koordinačních míst pro interakci s kovovými ionty. %22Tvrdé%22 Lewisovské kovové ionty vykazovaly nejvyšší vazebnou afinitu klesající v pořadí Al3+:Hg2+:Fe3+. Pokles pH v důsledku koordinace je dobrým potvrzením elektrostatické podstaty interakcí mezi CSE dendrony a kovovými ionty. (cs)
  • The coordination of the POSS-based dendrimers was considerably affected by the type of metal ions. The coordination of hard Lewis ions, accompanied by precipitation of metal-CSE-POSS complexes, limited the accessibility of the coordination sites for interactions with metal ions. Hard Lewis metal ions exhibited the highest binding affinity decreasing in the order Al3+ > HG2+ > Fe3+. Decrease in pH upon coordination is a good confirmation of electrostatic character of interactions between CSE dendrons and metal ions.
