Description	The results of the investigations presented here are showing that the radon concentration in soil air depends on the time of day and shows furthermore a distinctive seasonally course. The authors demand therefore long-term-measurements in combination with the estimation of additional parameters like meteorological data as well as information regarding temperature and humidity in the depth of the soil with the aim to get the real mean annual values of the radon concentration in soil. (en) Die Ergebnisse der hier vorgelegten Untersuchungen zeigen, dass die Bodenradonkonzentration selbst unter den hier gewählten standardisierten Untersuchungsbedingungen und bei der vergleichsweise langen Messzeit großen saisonalen und jährlichen Schwankungen unterliegt. Aus Sicht der Autoren ist es daher im Gegensatz zu der bisherigen Praxis erforderlich, die Messzeit für die Bestimmung der Bodenradonkonzentration auf mehrere Wochen auszudehnen und gleichzeitig den Einfluss aller relevanten Faktoren auf die Bodenradonkonzentration zu berücksichtigen.
