  • Byl připraven a charakterizován nový injikovatelný polymerní systém pro lokální chemoradioterapii s vázaným radionuklidem a doxorubicinem jako skupinou, která kromě svého protinádorového působení funguje jako hydrofóbní jednotka řídící biodegradaci. Doxorubicin byl na polymer navázán nově vyvinutou N-glykosylaminovou vazbou. (cs)
