| - In this work, PET was implanted with 150 keV Ar+ ions to the fluences of 10(12)-10(15) ions/cm(2), PET, PEEK and PI with 1.76 MeV He-4(+) ions to the fluences 10(13)-10(14) ions/cm(2). Structural and compositional alterations of the implanted polymers were studied using Rutherford back-scattering (RBS), elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA), ultra-violet and visible light spectroscopy (LTV-VIS) and positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS). The formation of a new bonds in modified polymer films are detected in proportion to the used ion dose using UV-VIS spectroscopy. For Ar+ ions and higher fluences a decline in hydrogen and oxygen content is observed.

- V této práci byl PET polymer implantován 150 keV Ar+ ionty s použitými toky 10(12)-10(15) ionty/cm(2), PET, PEEK a PI s 1.76 MeV He-4(+) ionty s toky 10(13)-10(14) iontů/cm(2). Strukturální a chemické změny polymerů po implantaci byly zkoumány metodami RBS, ERDA, UV –VIS spektroskopie a positronové anihilační spektroskopie. Vytváření nových vazeb v modifikované vrstvě polymeru a odpovídající chemické změny byly zjištěny v proporcionální závislosti na výšce použité dávky ozáření ionty. (cs)
