Description	A spectrometer of linear energy transfer (LET) has exposed onboard of MIR space station during four basic expeditions, i.e. in the period between 8th October 1997 and 19th June 2000. The LET spectra obtained are presented, analyzed and discussed. The influence of local satellite shielding and or solar activity level is analyzed.
