  • Kónický snímač je vysoce citlivé, širokopásmové zařízení pro měření vertikální složky výchylky malé plošky povrchu tělesa. Byla prezentována MKP analýza tohoto snímače. Výpočty MKP byly provedeny ve výpočetním prostředí COMSOL Multiphysics. Byly studovány jak frekvenční charakteristiky, tak časová odezva pulzního buzení. (cs)
