Description
| - Rotační stroje jsou složité systémy tvořené rotorem, statorem, pohonným motorem, elektrickým napájecím systémem atd. Takové struktury obsahují mnoho druhů nelinearit, jak v mechanické, tak v elektrické části. Výpočetní model studovaného systému má 4 stupně volnosti a hlavní nelinearity jsou charakteristiky omezeného zdroje energie a nelinearity elektrické části pohonu. Účinek omezeného zdroje energie a nelinearit rotorových podpor byl studován v [1-6], zde se zaměříme na vliv nelineárního magnetického toku. Po odvození pohybových rovnic je numericky řešen vliv nelinearity magnetického toku na kmitání rotoru, kolísání úhlové rychlosti a změny napájecího proudu při konstantním vstupním napětí. Výsledky jsou předloženy ve tvaru časových průběhů a fázových trajektorií. (cs)
- Rotating machines are complicated systems consisting of rotor, stator, driving motor, electric feeding system etc. Such structures contain many kinds of nonlinearities, both in mechanical and electrical parts. Computing model of the studied system has 4 DOF and the main nonlinearities that are considered are those generated by the driving properties of limited power source and nonlinearities of electric part of motor. Effect of non-ideal source of excitation energy and nonlinearities of rotor supports were studied in [1-6]. Here we focus on the influence of nonlinear magnetic flux with weak nonlin-ear characteristics. Rotor and its supports are considered as linear. After derivation of differential equations, the effect of nonlinear magnetic flux on the mechanical vibration of rotor and on variation of driving current at constant feeding voltage is studied by numerical solutions. Results are presented in the form of time histories and of plane trajectories of main motion variables.
