  • Nukleační procesy v binární směsi vody a chloridu sodného jsou studovány pomocí tzv. klasické teorie nukleace. Přítomnost chloridu sodného ve vodní páře je považována za hlavní důvod předčasné kondenzace v parních turbínách. Proto jsou nukleační rychlosti v binární směsi vody a chloridu sodného velmi důležité pro aplikace v parních obězích. Klasická teorie nukleace je upravena pro zkoumání elektrolytických systémů. Je předpovězeno silné urychlení nukleačního procesu způsobené přítomností chloridu sodného v páře. (cs)
  • Nucleation processes in binary water -- sodium chloride system are investigated in the sense of the Classical Nucleation Theory (CNT). Sodium chloride is considered to cause the early condensation in the Wilson zone of a steam turbine. Therefore, the nucleation rates of the water -- sodium chloride mixture is of key importance in the power cycle industry. The CNT is modified to be able to handle the electrolytic nature of the system and is employed to investigate the acceleration of the nucleation process due to the presence of sodium chloride in the steam.
