  • Chalkogenidové skelné systémy Ge20Se80-xTex pro x.epsilon.(0,10) byly připraveny systemastickým nahrazováním Se pomocí Te. Vybrané vzorky byly dotovány Er a Pr a charakterizovány pomocí transmisní a nízkoteplotní FL spektroskopie a pomocí elektrických měření. Stejnosměrná elektrická vodivost je při teplotách 300 – 450 K charakterizována aktivačními energiemi přibližně rovnými polovině optického zakázaného pásu, ale pro teploty pod 300 K jsou charakteristické aktivační energie transportních procesů podstatně menší.   • Chalcogenide glasses Ge20Se80-xTex for x.epsilon.(0,10) were prepared by systematic replacement of Se by Te and doped with Er and Pr. Samples were characterised by transmission spectroscopy, electrical measurements and low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy. Arrhenius plots of dc electrical conductivity, in the temperature range 300 – 450 K, are characterised by activation energies roughly equal to the half of the optical gap, and those for temperatures below 300 K yield much lower activation energies.
