Description	The influence of As addition to sulphide glasses on the measured electrical and dielectrical properties is reported. The tendency to crystallization and to phase separation of Ge–Ga–S glasses is decreased due to Ga replacement by As. The original net ordering is significantly changed by the addition a little amount of As (5 mol %) because there is formed partial glass netting by creation of covalent bonds among the molecular strings. (en) Je studován vliv přidávání As do sulfidových sklel na jejich elektrické a dielektrické vlastnosti. Ukazuje se, že tendence ke krystalizaci a fázové separaci v systému Ge-Ga-S je výrazně snížena nahrazením Ga pomocí As. Uspořádání sítě skla se významně změní již přidáním malého množství As (5mol%) v důsledku vytváření kovalentních vazeb mezi molekulárními řetězci. (cs)
