| - Paper describes the changes of the proteome of murine erythroleukemia cells after their induction with hexamethylene bisacetamide. This compound initiates the changes of the cells, which are initially erythorid precursors, into non-dividing hemoglobin-rich cells resembling orthochromatophilic normoblasts. Twenty seven out of 31 differentially expressed proteins were identified by proteomics methods. In addition to proteins involved in heme biosynthesis, protein metabolism, stress defense and cytoskeletal organization, we identified 3 proteins engaged in regulation of cellular trafficking and 7 proteins important for regulation of gene expression and cell cycle progression including 3 components of chromatin remodeling complexes. Many of the identified molecules are associated with erythroid differentiation or leukemia for the first time

- Článek popisuje změny proteomu hlodavčích erytroleukemických buněk indukovaných hexamethylen bisacetamidem. Tato látka dané buňky přemení z erytroidních prekurzorů na nedělící se buňky bohaté na hemoglobin a podobné ortochromatofilním normoblastům. Dvacet sedm z 31 rozdílně exprimovaných proteinů bylo identifikováno pomocí proteomických metod. Kromě proteinů biosyntézy hemu, proteinového metabolismu, ochrany před stresem a cytoskeletární organizace byly identifikovány 3 proteiny zapojené do regulace buněčného transportu, 7 proteinů regulujících genovou expresi včetně 3 proteinů z chromatin remodelujících komplexů.
