Description
| - Byla zkoumána protivirová aktivita několika dříve připravených acyklických nukleosidfosfonátů (ANP) příbuzných cidofoviru (cHPMPA, HPMPDAP a HPMPO-DAPy) a představitele nové skupiny ANP, hexadecyloxyethylesteru cyklického HPMP-5-azacytosinu (HDE-cHPMP-5-azaC), vůči dvěma kmenům CMLV na monovrstvách lidských embryonálních plicních fibroblastů. Všechny testované sloučeniny se ukázaly jako účinné pro ochranu epitheliálních buněk vůči cytopatickému účinku způsobenému virem CMLV. (cs)
- Activity of several earlier prepared acyclic nucleoside phosphonates (ANPs) related to cidofovir (cHPMPA, HPMPDAP, and HPMPO-DAPy) and the representative of the new class of ANPs, hexadecyloxyethyl ester of cyclic HPMP-5-azacytosine (HDE-cHPMP-5-azaC), was evaluated against two strains of CMLV in human embryonic lung fibroblast monolayers. All tested compounds were proved to be effective at protecting the epithelial cells against CMLV-induced cytopathic effect.
