  • Pro studium přechodového chování a mechanismu odezvy membránového senzoru heparinu byly použity chronopotenciometrie a elektrochemická impedanční spektroskopie. Membrána o složení 66% (w/w) PVC, 33% (w/w) o-NPOE (plastifikátor) a 0,05 M tridodecylmethyl amonium tetrakis(4-chlorofenyl) borát byla deponována na stříbrnou elektrodu nebo elektrodu ze skelného uhlíku. V případě posledně jmenované elektrody obsahovala membrána také 0,1 M redoxní pár 1,1´-dimethylferocén /1,1´-dimethylferocénium+ zajištující elektronický kontakt mezi membránou a elektrodou. Senzor byl ponořen do vodného roztoku 0,1 M LiCl míchaném magnetickým míchadlem (2-18,2Hz) s případným přídavkem heparinu (0,05-5 U/ml). Chronopotenciometrická měření byla prováděna jak na silných (>= .mu.m) membránách deponovaných na stříbře, tak i na tenkých s definovanou tloušťkou 2-30 .mu.m deponovaných na skelném uhlíku – tyto membrány byly rovněž použity pro impedanční měření. Membrane with a composition of 66 wt % poly(vinyl chloride), 33 wt % o-nitrophenyl octyl ether (plasticizer), and 0.05 M tridodecylmethylammonium chloride (ion exchanger) was deposited on the surface of a silver or a glassy carbon (GC) electrode. In the latter case, the membrane contained also 0.1 M 1,1'-dimethylferrocene/1,1'-dimethylferricenium(+) couple ensuring the electronic contact between the membrane and GC. The sensor was dipped in an aqueous solution of 0.1 M LiCl, which was stirred with a magnetic stirrer (2-18.2 Hz), and eventually spiked with heparin (0.05-5 U mL(-1)). Chronopotentiometric measurements were carried out using either the Ag supported membrane with a thickness > 100 mu m or the GC supported membrane with a defined thickness of 2-30 mu m, ...
