Description	The theory of line profiles in spectroscopy is investigated by means of effective Hamiltonians describing simultaneously the resonances (long-lived states) and the relevant part of the continuum (short-lived states). The energies, widths and wave functions of the resonances are derived by perturbing the resonances by the continuum. Resulting simple analytical expressions allow to study the energy dependence of the dissipation rates. When this dependence is strong, for instance for interacting resonances, the physics is conveniently described by a hierarchy of weakly energy-dependent effective Hamiltonians. The resonant predissociation induced by ungerade-gerade symmetry breaking in the 6Li7Li molecule is revisited. (en) Teorie profilů spektrálních čar je prezentována pomocí formalismu efektivních hamiltoniánů popisujících souběžně rezonance (t.j.stavy s dlouhou dobou života) a relevantní část kontinua (t.j.stavy s krátkou dobou života). Energie, šířky, a vlnové funkce rezonancí jsou určovány jako poruchy rezonancí kontinuem. Výsledkem poruchového počtu jsou jednoduché analytické výrazy, které ukazují závislost disociačních rychlostí na energii. Pokud je tato závislost silná, jako v případě interakujících rezonancí, lze proces s výhodou popsat pomocí hiearchie efektivních hamiltoniánů slabě závisejících na energii. Metoda je aplikována na popis rezonanční predisociace v molekule 6Li7Li způsobené narušením gerade-ungerade symetrie. (cs)
