Description	K objektivizaci stability postoje bylo prováděno měření na posturografické plošině STP 03 po dobu 20 s při otevřených a při zavřených očích. Byly měřeny: dráha, plocha, směr a Rombergův poměr. Po statistickém zpracování byly vyšetřovaní rozčleněni do: kontrolní skupiny (40 osob), pocitů nestability (85), jednostranné periferní poruchy (27), oboustranné periferní poruchy (3) a centrálního postižení (45). Metoda u 1/3 nemocných šetří vestibulární vyšetření, u 1/3 určí diagnózu a u 1/3 je nutné další vyšetření. Hodí se k preventivnímu vyšetření pro výškové práce. Není vhodná k výběru pilotů. Byla by vhodná k hodnocení zátěže při výcviku na leteckých simulátorech. Nedostatkem je obtížné hodnocení kombinovaných poruch, špatná hodnotitelnost u poruch pohybového aparátu a nutnost spolupráce pacienta. Metoda je prvotním diferenciálně diagnostickým sítem, umožňuje objektivizovat projevy závrati. Measurement of postural stability for objectivity was pursued on the posturographic platform STP 03 during 20 s with eyes open and eyes closed. Length, area, direction and Romberg ratio were measured. Probands were divided after statistical process: control group (40 persons), feeling instability (85), peripheral disorder of one side (27), peripheral disorder of both sides (3) and central disorder (45). The method saves vestibular examination of 1/3 of patients, determines diagnose of 1/3 and for 1/is another examination necessery. It can be used for preventive examination for high-rise workers. It is not useful for selection of military pilots. It would be useful for measurement of load during training in aviation simulators. Imperfection is hard asses of combine disorders, poor judgement with locomotor malfunction and necessity of co-operation with patient. The method is the first differential diagnostic screening, it facilitate manifestation of vertigo. (en)
