Description
  • Cardiovascular diseases pertain to the most frequent reasons for disqualification among military aviators, arrhythmias and conduction disturbances not excluding. Isolated and incomplete right or left bundle branch blocks were slight aeromedical problem so far. Criteria for diagnostics evaluation of incomplete and complete right/left bundle branch blocks or their most frequent combination were formulated separately, either non/invasive or invasive, depending on severity, sudden death risk, presence or absence of underlying diseases, simultaneously existing risk factors for the coronary artery disease and finally we paid attention to their prognostic value and recommendations for flying status restrictions were defined as well. Presented algorithm was recommended for use both in military and civilian aviators.
