Description	Thin active layers based on nanocrystaline ZnO (typical size of particles ~ 100 nm) were deposited by PLD method on sensor substrates. Vapours of acetone and tolouene were detected by prepared sensors. Detection proceeded 1) in the dark, 2) when sensor surface was irradiated by LED diode emmited on wavelenght 396 nm. Effect of radiation to sensor sensitivity, temperature of max. sensitivity and response dynamics was investigated.
