  • Fotochemie v oblasti mesopausy obsahuje chemický oscilátor, jež je poháněn slunečním zářením. Model se soustředěnými parametry vykazuje složité dynamické chování jako bifurkace zdvojením periody a chaos. V modelu je zahrnuta periodická excitace systému slunečním zářením. Metody analýzy stechiometrických sítí jsou využity k rozložení celé reakční sítě do již dále nedělitelných podsítí. Podsítě jsou podrobeny analýze stability. Porovnáním fázových posuvů esenciálních složek se simulací modelu ná umožní identifikovat podsítě, jež jsou odpovědné za vznik oscilací. (cs)

Lumped periodically forced model produces nonlinear behaviour such as period-doublings cascades and chaos. Methods of stoichiometric network analysis are used to decompose the entire network into irreducible subnetworks and then apply linear stability analysis. Comparison of phase shifts of essential species indicated by linear stability analysis with simulations identifies subnetworks giving rise to oscillatory behaviour.
