  • Hlavním cílem této studie bylo sledovat difúzi 99Tc v různých podmínkách. Protože technecium je jedním z štěpných produktů s dlouhým poločasem rozpadu, byly prováděny difúzní experimenty technecia (ve formě 99TcO4-) ve zhutněném bentonitu Rokle. Pro studium difúzních experimentů byla zvolena průniková difúzní metoda a vyhodnocovány byly zdánlivé (Da) a efektivní (De) difúzní koeficienty. Studovány byl vliv velikosti částic, sypné hmotnosti bentonitu a aerobních a anaerobních podmínek na difúzi. V přítomnosti kyslíku se technecium vyskytuje v oxidačním stavu VII, jako anion, který je rozpustný a velmi mobilní v životním prostředí, ale v redukčním prostředí se vyskytuje v nižších oxidačních stavech, zejména ve formě nerozpustných oxidů a hydroxidů. Aerobní experimenty probíhaly za běžných laboratorních podmínek, anaerobní experimenty byly prováděny v dusíkové atmosféře v rukavicovém boxu. (cs)

Because technetium represents one of the most dangerous fission products due to its very long halftime and high mobility in aerobic conditions diffusion experiments of technetium (as 99TcO4- anion) in Czech bentonite from Rokle locality were carried out. For performance and evaluation of experiments the through-diffusion method was chosen and apparent (Da) and effective (De) diffusion coefficients were evaluated. The effects of particle mesh-size, dry bulk density and aerobic or anaerobic conditions on diffusion were studied. In the presence of oxygen, technetium occurs in oxidation state VII, as anion, which is soluble and mobile in the environment, but in reducing conditions occurs in lower oxidation states, mainly as insoluble oxides or hydroxides.
