Description
| - The principal aim of this paper was the determination of particles concentration distribution in one horizontal quadrant of the vessel volume. We accomplished the measurements in fifteen points in nine heights above the vessel bottom. The points were situated on four vertical planes passing through the vessel axis and with four values of radii. We employed advantage of a two-electrode conductivity probe and investigated the moderately concentrated systems with 5 and 10 vol. % of the solid phase in the pilot plant vessel (D = 1m) stirred with the six pitched-blade impeller.The obtained experimental results enabled us to determine the axial, radial and tangential solid concentration profiles and to study the degree of homogeneity of the particle layer present in a stirred vessel.

- Cílem práce bylo zjištění distribuce koncentrací částic suspenze v jednom kvadrantu nádoby. Měření byla realizována v patnácti bodech v devíti výškách ode dna nádoby. Měřící body byly voleny ve čtyřech vertikálních rovinách procházejících osou nádoby na čtyřech poloměrech. Výhody dvouelektrodové vodivostní sondy byly využity v měřeních pro střední koncentrace suspenze 5 a 10 obj.% v poloprovozní velikosti nádoby (D = 1m), míchané šestilopatkovým míchadlem.Výsledky měření umožňují určení axiálního, radiálního a tangenciálního profilu koncentrací částic, a rovněž studium stupně homogenity vrstvy suspenze.
