  • Byl navržen semi-empirický algoritmus pro numerickou analýzu dynamického chování iontových reakčních systému s extrémně strmými a pohybujicími se gradienty koncentrací nebo elektrického potenciálu. Algoritmus byl s úspěchem testován na systému elektrické diody a na iontovém systému s tvorbou nerozpustné složky. Byl podrobně diskutován algoritmus vyvinuté numerické metody. (cs)
  • We have proposed an empirical algorithm for the numerical analysis of the dynamical behavior of such systems. We will discuss capabilities of the proposed algorithm to dynamically adapt the spatial mesh of the finite elements. We will also focus on the effect of number of the finite elements. Then samples of the dynamical behavior of the electrolyte diode in both the opened and the closed mode will be shown. Finally, the responses of the electrolyte diode on fast changes of electric potential on the boundary will be presented.
