  • This field study investigated the impact of various fertilization strategies on the levels of S-alk(en)yl-L-cysteine sulfoxides (ACSO) and L-ascorbic acid in leek. Levels of ACSOs were determined by LC-MS/MS, ascorbic acid by HPLC/UV. The composted green manure was the most useful organic fertilizer in this study and reached at least the efficiency of the mineral fertilizer.

  • Tato polní studie zkoumá vliv různých strategií hnojení na hladiny S-alk(en)yl-L-cysteine sulfoxidů (ACSO) a L-askorbové kyseliny v pórku. Hladiny ACSOs byly stanoveny metodou LC-MS/MS, askorbová kyselina metodou HPLC/UV. Kompostované zelené hnojivo bylo nejúčinnější organické hnojivo použité v této studii a při jeho použití bylo dosaženo účinnosti minimálně srovnatelné s minerálním hnojivem. (cs)
