  • This study describes a batch liquid fermentation protocol for enhanced production of Pichia guilliermondii Wickerham LPB 063 containing organically bound zinc. The highest organically bound zinc concentration was obtained after 144 hours of fermentation; andt was of 96.030 mg/kg. After 144 hours of fermentation, the biomass production reached its highest point, with 30,00 g/L.

  • Tato studie popisuje možnosti zvýšení produkce Pichia guilliermondii Wickerham LPB 063 s obsahem organicky vázaného zinku pomocí batch fermentace na pevném médiu. Nejvyšší obsah organicky vázaného zinku byl dosažen po 144 h fermentace a byl 96.030 mg/kg. Po 144 h fermentace byla také produkce biomasy největší a to 30,00 g/L. (cs)
