  • Adheze mikrobiálních buněk na nerozpustné polymerní substráty je jedním z prvních (často i nezbytných) kroků potřebných při jejich degradaci. V této souvislosti byly zkoumány fáze tvorby biofilmy kvasinky Trichosporon cutaneum na celofánu v závislosti na různých fyzikálně-chemických podmínkách. Kolonizaci byla sledována na celofánu, který sloužil jako výhradní zdroj uhlíky a zároveň jako nosič. Vliv nutričního profilu, střižných sil, koncentrace buněčné suspenze, růstové fáze a pH byl monitorován v průtočné cele FC 81. (cs)
  • Cell adhesion of microorganisms on insoluble polymeric substrates is one of the first (necessary) steps in their biodegradation. In this connection, the early and later phases of the yeast Trichosporon cutaneum biofilm formation on the cellophane surface were investigated and described under various physiochemical conditions. The colonization of a cellulosic material was observed using cellophane as a sole source of carbon. The effect of other nutrients profile, shear stress, cell density, growth phase and pH was studied in Flow Cell FC 81.
