  • K určení geometrických parametrů semen čočky (Lens culinaris Medik) byla využit systém analýzy obrazu LUCIA ver. 3.52. Hodnoty hmotnosti 1000 semen, hustoty, měrného objemu, měrného povrchu a povrchu 1000 semen červené a zelené čočky byly stanoveny následovně: 66,61 ? 138,56 g, 1504,5 - 1376,4 kg/m3, 0,6647 - 0,7265 cm3/g, 0,594 - 0,579 m2/kg, 395,4 ? 801,9 cm2. Objem čočky byl simulován zploštělým elipsoidem a dvěma kruhovými úsečemi a vypočtené údaje z obou modelů byly porovnány s pyknometrickým měřením. Odchylky činily u červené čočky 4,4 % a u zelené čočky 4,2 %. Výška (tloušťka) semen čočky byla konstantní a prakticky táž u pro obě odrůdy (2,6 mm) a bylo proto možné geometrické modely zjednodušit. Tedy 2D analýza obrazu je vhodná k rychlému určení měrného objemu a povrchu semen na základě změřené plochy průmětu (ekvivalentního průměru) bez nutnosti měřit výšku. Analýza obrazu poskytuje jednoduchou, rychle proveditelnou a neinvazivní metodu k určení geometrických a inženýrských parametrů čočky. (cs)

The values of the weight of 1,000 kernel, kernel density, specific volume, specific surface area and surface area of 1,000 kernels of red and green lentils were determined as 66.61 and 138.56 g, 1,504.5 and 1,376.4 kg/m3, 0.6647 and 0.7265 cm3/g, 0.594 and 0.579 m2/kg, 395.4 and 801.9 cm2, respectively. Lentil volume was simulated by oblate spheroid and two sphere segments and both models compared with the volume obtained from pycnometric method. Percentage differences of the two sphere segment approximation for red and green lentil were 4.4% and 4.2%, respectively.
