Description	One of the great challenges in the field of biological and chemical analysis is the improvement and miniaturization of existing techniques. Recently a new class of IA methods, multi-analyte IA, have been described. The principal aim is to enable the operator to analyse for several analytes in a procedure comparable in complexity to single-analyte assays. We used monoclonal antibodies to the development of a competitive lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) for on-site testing of pesticides carbaryl, carbofuran and methiocarb. (en) Jedna z velkých výzev v oblasti biologickýcha chemických analýz je zlepšení a minimalizace existujících techník. Nedávno byla popsána nová třída imunoanalytických metod, multianalytová imunoanalýza (multi-analyte immunoassay). Hlavním cílem je umožnit pracovníkovi analyzovat několik analytů postupem, který je svojí komplexností porovnatelný k stanovení jediného analytu. My jsme využili monoklonální protilátky na vývoj kompetitivního formátu metody LFIA (lateral flow immunoassay) pro on-site testování pesticidů karbaryl, karbofuran a methiokarb. (cs)
