  • Práce uvádí přípravu monoesterů sacharosy a D-glukosy s mastnými kyselinami (sudými i lichými) jako čistých látek, za pomoci přímé selektivní esterifikace volných sacharidů objemným acylačním činidlem, kdy byla zjišťována selektivita reakce. Připravené 6-O-estery D-glukosy byly absolutně identifikovány spektroskopií NMR. Pokud se týká esterů sacharosy, směs reakčních produktů byla analyzována technikami HPLC a LC-MS-TOF. U uvedených látkách byla zjišťována antibakteriální aktivita proti Gram-pozitivním bakteriím a antifungální aktivita proti plísním. Byl také zjišťován osud testovaných látek při antibakteriálních zkouškách. (cs)
  • In this work monoesters of sucrose and D?glucose with fatty acids (both even and odd) were prepared as pure substances using the direct selective esterification of free sugar with bulky acylating agent. The selectivity of reaction was investigated. Prepared D?glucose 6?O?esters were absolutely identified using spectroscopy NMR. Regarding sucrose esters the reaction product mixture was analysed using HPLC and LC-MS-TOF techniques. Mentioned substances were examined for their antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria as well as their antifungal activity. Concerning the antibacterial effect the deal of applied substances in growing culture was investigated.
