Description
| - Zkoumané látky jsou obecně netoxické pro makroorganismy, kompatibilní s lidským organismem - nicméně monoestery sacharosy vykazují in vitro jistou antimikrobiální aktivitu.Spektrum účinnosti těchto látek bylo publikováno již dříve: Monoestery sacharosy s mastnými kyselinami jsou účinné proti Gram-negativním bakteriím, kvasinkám a plísním. Naše práce je nyní zaměřena na jejich dlouhodobou antimikrobiální účinnost a vyšetření některých jevů vyskytujících se při ní. (cs)
- Discussed compounds are generally nontoxic for macroorganisms, compatible with human organism and biodegradable - nevertheless sucrose monoesters show in vitro certain antimicrobial activity. The efficiency spectrum of these compounds has been published before: Sucrose monoesters with fatty acids are active against Gram negative bacteria, yeasts as well as moulds. Our recent research is focused on their long term antimicrobial efficiency and the examination of certain phenomena occured during the long term cultivation.Here presented results illustrate the interaction between bacteria Bacillus cereus and the sucrose monoesters with undecanoic, lauric, tridecanoic and myristic acid.
