  • V této práci byl použitý Gram-negativní sporulující druh Bacillus cereus DMF 2001 kultivován po dobu 15 dní v nutrient bujónu v přítomnosti undekanoylsacharosy v koncentraci 0,25 a 0,50 mg/ml. U kultury byl pravidelně vyhodnocován nárůst (spektrofotometricky) a stanovována koncentrace hlavních analytů (volná undekanová kyselina, undekanoylsacharosa sacharosa) pomocí HPLC.Bylo zjištěno, že množství undekanoylsacharosy neklesá během 15 dní kultivace, kdy dochází k obnovení inhibovaného růstu bacilů. Přítomnost undekanové kyseliny a sacharosy nebyla zjištěna.Naše zjištění nám dovolují usuzovat, že obnovený růst Bacillus cereus je zapříčiněn adaptací mikroorganismu (nebo též získáním rezistence) na přítomnost acylsacharos.   • It was found out that the amount of undecanoylsucrose does not decrease within 15 days of the cultivation - when bacilli are inhibited then start to grow and finally grow. The presence of free undecanoic acid and sucrose was not found.These findings allow us to conclude that the re?established growth of Bacillus cereus is caused by the adaptation of the microorganism (or by obtained resistance) to the presence of the acylsucrose.
