  • Největší pokles obsahu flatuletních of -galaktooligosacharidů v semenech hrachu nastává po prvních třech dnech klíčení. Kombinovaný účinek klíčení, mikrovlnného ohřevu a horkovzdušného sušení na konečnou vlhkost 12 - 14 % s maximální teplotou sušení 80 °C je doporučen jako postup ke snížení vysokého obsahu -galaktooligosacharidů.
