Description	The subject of this project is focused on the development of conceptional tool based on LCA with the aim of optimalization of integrated systems of mixed municipal waste management. During the solving of this project we faced up some problems according to data collection and modelling in LCA software. Data collection from the facilities for waste management in the Czech Republic is very complicated question. We carried out this through the questionary and personal negotiations. Despite this fact, we didn?t obtained data from all requested facilities. Because LCA databases are still in developing, they don?t exist all needed flows and processes. So we had to substitute some processes by the processes more universal and in some cases we had to not involve all relevant processes. Another problem is how to deal with the fact, that for different facilities we know different data about air or water emissions. E.g.
