  • The results of biochemical micro-aerobic sulphide oxidation in anaerobic digester and the methods of the activity assessement of fulphide oxidizing bacteria are presented. The monitoring of sludge from full scale disgester confirms the correlation of activity with efficiency of sulphide oxidation. The disagreement between both parameters helped to discover technical problems with air dosing. The removal of hydrogen sulphide from biogas above 99 % was achived.

  • Je zde popsán princip biochemické mikroaerobní oxidace sulfidů při anaerobní stabilizaci a metody stanovení aktivity bakterií oxidujících sulfidy. Sledování řady různých anaerobně stabilizavaných kalů potvrdilo vztah mezi jejich aktivitou a účinností oxidace sulfidů. Neshoda mezi těmito dvěma parametry pomohla objevit technické problémy s dávkováním vzduchu. Bylo dosaženo 99 %ního odstranění sulfanu z bioplynu. (cs)
