Description
  • Tento článek se zabývá dávkováním externích substrátů (methanolu a ethanolu) do denitrifikační nádrže laboratorního modelu. Přídavek ethanolu do anoxické nádrže vedl k okamžité odezvě systému, zatímco dávkování methanolu vyžadovalo delší období adaptace, než bylo dosaženo maximální rychlosti denitrifikace. Aktivovaný kal z modelu s přídavkem ethanolu měl horší separační vlastnosti díky vysokému obsahu zoogloeálních baktérií. Typy vláknitých mikroorganismů byly v obou modelech identické během celého sledovaného období. (cs)
  • This paper describes the experiences with easily biodegradable organic substances (methanol and ethanol) as external carbon sources in laboratory-scale studies. A start-up with the addition of ethanol to anoxic reactor led to a direct response of the system while start-up with methanol resulted in a longer adaptation period before the full effect of the carbon source added was reached. The activated sludge with ethanol had worse separation characteristic because of high content of amorphous zoogloeal bacteria. Types of filamentous micro-organisms were identical in both systems during whole period.
