Description	neuveden (cs) Changes of physical and chemical properties of semi-blown road asphalts 70/100 that take place during their aging by Rolling Thin Film Oven Test (RTFOT) and aging in Pressurized Aging Vessel (PAV) were studied. The asphalts were prepared by blowing of mixtures of vacuum residue and black distillate from Russian crude oil Ural in different ratios. The decrease in penetration and ductility and the increase softening point, Fraass breaking point, viscosity and asphaltenes have been found as a consequence of RTFOT and PAV ageing of the asphalts. Asphaltenes arose mainly by condensation, dehydrogenation (aromatization) and oxidation of polyaromatic hydrocarbons and polar aromatics during blowing and ageing of asphalts. The content of oxygen that mainly created carbonyl and sulfoxide groups slightly increased in asphalts.
