Description	In the programs of the American foulbrood control there is very important in time exact diagnosis of the incidence of sporulating microorganism Paenibacillus larvae. On the basis of cultivating medium developed in the Bee Research Institute Dol the commercially prepared medium MKM MYPPN was introduced into serial production. The use of the commercial medium MKM MYPPN is for small laboratories more cost effective than laboratory preparation of this nutrient medium.
