Description	The objective was the estimation of the genotype x environment interaction for the beef cattle weaning weight (WWT) in the Czech Republic. The genotypes were the breeds: Beef Simmental, Hereford, Angus, Charolais, Blonde d’Aquitane and Limousin. The environment was represented by 3 regions: mountainous, submountainous and lowlands. The magnitude of the across-regions genetic correlations indicates that the genotype by environment interaction were biologically important and cannot be ignored.
